Caramelldansen（瑞典语，意为焦糖之舞）原本是瑞典乐队Caramell（焦糖）在2001年11月推出的专辑Supergott里的第一首歌。几年后在日本有人把这首歌的速度加快，配上flash循环动画，显示日本动画[蒲公英POPOTAN]里的Mai和Mii两手作兔耳状跳扭臀舞（从动画片头截的）。现在这首加快速度的Caramelldansen就叫做Caramelldansen Speedycake Remix。
这种动画后来就在网上流行起来了，很多漫迷模仿做出各种动画人物的扭臀舞...好像也有日文版的歌。
另外这首歌也有了一个别称叫扭腰歌。
